Avanciers is looking for an experienced L2/L3 Production Support Engineer to provide application support for enterprise systems. The adecuado candidate will have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, hands-on experience with Java, SQL, AWS, and Unix/Linux, and a proactive approach to incident management and production stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze application logs, identify root causes, and perform debugging.
- Provide L2/L3 application support for critical business applications.
- Escalate complex issues to development teams and coordinate resolution.
- Manage incidents, problem tickets, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve support efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.




- Participate in continuous improvements and SRE initiatives.

Required Skills

- 4–10 years of L2/L3 Production/Application Support experience.
- Strong experience with Java for debugging and code analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and shell commands.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SRE practices and production monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.
