This role involves prioritizing tasks,



selecting methods, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.The Process Delivery Specialist begins to apply judgment, manage workloads, and support improvements in day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end R2R activities with focus on Fixed AssetsExecute asset accounting transactionsPrepare and review reconciliations and reportsSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activitiesIdentify and resolve routine issues independentlyPrioritize workload and meet deadlines across multiple tasksEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsSupport process documentation updates and improvementsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operationsProvide support and guidance to junior team membersRequired Technical And Professional ExpertiseRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldWorking knowledge of Record to Report processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage workload independentlyGood communication skills (English required)Attention to detail with a focus on quality and timelinessTechnical SkillsSolid understanding of R2R processesIntermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic analysis)Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceFinancial Systems and Tools: Exposure to financial systems and tools, including ERP systems and financial software, to support financial record-keeping and reporting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
