Hello! We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Mexico . Your focus is to communicate with inbound and outbound call traffic to collect on assigned client healthcare accounts. You will communicate directly with patients in a professional and helpful manner in an attempt to resolve or collect a debt, while complying with applicable HIPAA and other applicable regulations to ensure the company is compliant with the law.Position responsibilitiesMedical CollectionsResponding to telephone inquiries (inbound/outbound), utilizing standard procedures and scriptsGathering information , performing research and resolving customer inquiriesCommunicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely mannerInform customers/patients about services available, and assess their needsSchedule work to ensure accurate phone coverage, prioritize calls and escalate as requiredEducation and experience2 to 5 years industry experience in medical revenue cycle management is required.Medical experience ,
