Additional responsibilities include supporting billing processes and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations.Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time (40 work hours per week)Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments, ensuring timely completion and patient satisfaction.Prepare patients and providers for virtual visits and educate patients on using telehealth platforms.Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot telehealth technology, platforms, and equipment during virtual visits.Assist providers with telehealth workflows, documentation, and virtual care processes.Maintain accurate telehealth records, reports, consent forms,
