Materials Planning & Flow Controller About the Role Join our Supply Chain team as a Senior Materials Planning & Flow Controller, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for balancing supply and demand, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and proactively addressing risks that may impact production continuity. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in materials planning, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to optimize inventory, improve service levels, and support operational excellence. What will you do? Manage material planning and replenishment activities for raw materials, components, and finished goods using MRP and planning systems. Monitor end-to-end material flow to ensure on-time availability of materials required for production. Analyze supply chain performance and identify potential bottlenecks, shortages, or risks that could impact operations. Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve material availability issues. Manage purchase order portfolios and follow up on supplier commitments to meet production requirements. Execute inventory control strategies while balancing service levels, working capital, and inventory costs. Lead inventory discrepancy investigations and drive corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy. Define and maintain planning parameters including safety stock levels, reorder points, and replenishment policies. Support Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and inventory optimization initiatives. Collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.



Monitor key supply chain and inventory KPIs and implement corrective actions when performance gaps are identified. Participate in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP;) activities to align supply with business demand. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, material flow efficiency, and operational performance. Support short interval management activities to proactively address material shortages and supply risks. What are the key skills we are looking for? Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) End-to-End Supply Chain Flow Management Inventory Management & Optimization Material Replenishment Planning Demand & Supply Planning Supplier Management Purchase Order Management Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP;) Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving Data Analysis & Reporting Cross-Functional Collaboration Supply Chain Risk Management Continuous Improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Materials Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of MRP systems, material planning processes, inventory control, and replenishment strategies. Experience managing supplier deliveries, purchase orders,



and material availability to support production requirements. Proven experience identifying and resolving material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and supply chain bottlenecks. Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques, including safety stock management, reorder points, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Procurement, Production Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to participate in meetings, present information, and communicate effectively with regional and general stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SIOP/S&OP; processes. Knowledge of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Supply Chain Optimization methodologies. Experience working in multinational manufacturing companies. SAP or similar ERP experience. Why Join Us?
