Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Senior Net Suite Administrator with a strong e Commerce background to manage, optimize, and scale our Net Suite environment. This role will be responsible for improving workflows, ensuring seamless data flow across systems, and supporting critical business operations across Finance, Operations, Sales, and e Commerce platforms. The adecuado candidate brings deep expertise in Net Suite, integrations, and order-to-cash processes, along with hands‑on experience in Shopify and connected systems within a modern e Commerce tech stack. Key Responsibilities Net Suite Administration & Optimization Administer and continuously improve the Net Suite platform, including configuration, customization, and optimization Design, build, and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, fields, and custom records Develop and deploy Suite Script (1.0/2.x) customizations and enhancements Manage roles, permissions, and system governance best practices Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and integrations Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and e Commerce teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Support month‑end close activities , including troubleshooting and reporting Integrations & e Commerce Systems Own and manage integrations between Net Suite and external systems, including: Shopify / Shopify Plus i Paa S platforms EDI providers Tax engines 3 PL / WMS / OMS platforms / Suite Talk (SOAP/REST) and RESTlets Project & Vendor Management Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business goals Collaborate with managed services providers and third‑party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements Lead or contribute to system implementations, upgrades,



and integration projects System Support & Maintenance Net Suite releases, features, and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 4–7+ years of Net Suite administration experience Strong expertise in: Net Suite customization (workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards) Suite Script (1.0 and/or 2.x) Suite Talk, RESTlets, and APIs Solid understanding of: Accounting principles (GL, AP, AR) Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes Hands‑on experience with Net Suite integrations and middleware platforms Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Net Suite Administrator Certification (or other Net Suite certifications) Experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus ecosystems Experience with Celigo or similar i Paa S platforms Familiarity with EDI integrations and workflows Experience supporting high‑growth e Commerce environments Knowledge of inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain processes Technical Skills (Nice to Have) Programming languages: Java Script, Python, PHP Frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, React, Vue, or Angular Experience with headless commerce architectures Familiarity with data tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Understanding of CI/CD or version control (Git) e Commerce‑Specific Experience (Highly Valued) Shopify development or technical familiarity, including: Custom themes and apps Shopify APIs and webhooks Liquid templating language Experience managing: Promotions, pricing, and discounts Order flows, returns, and refunds Multi‑channel sales (DTC, B2 B, marketplaces like Amazon) Soft Skills Highly detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
