We combine deep engineering expertise with the speed and focus needed to solve increasingly complex challenges, creating an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible.ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, supervise, and evaluate employee training, development, and learning programs.Ensure compliance with operational, quality, safety, regulatory, and talent development requirements.Ensure strict compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law and Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare regulations related to employee training and development.Design and develop training, development, and productivity plans and programs in accordance with STPS DC‐2 requirements.Direct workforce skills development administration.Support the design and development of instructional materials.Coordinate classroom and training logistics.Prepare training documentation and materials, including attendance records and training evaluations.Maintain and update training records in the LAS system.Support training needs assessments (TNA) and coordinate orientation programs, technical training, soft skills, and leadership development courses.Design and update the annual training and development plan.Manage internal and external training programs, including required certifications.Ensure training records, attendance lists, evaluations,



and certifications are accurately maintained and updated in the LAS electronic system.Maintain liaison with INEA (National Institute for Adult Education) and support educational development projects.Coordinate the company scholarship program and process scholarship applications.Maintain documentation and controls to ensure compliance with EOS internal systems.Manage documentation required for internal audits, external audits (BSI), and legal compliance audits.Administer STPS training and compliance requirements.Ensure the proper establishment and operation of the Joint Training, Development, and Productivity Committee (DC‐1).
Support operational planning, assessments, and employee development initiatives.Ensure effective execution of day‐to‐day departmental activities and responsibilities.Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy, Psychology, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (Chapter III Bis).
