BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.
**Role Needed**
- Power BI Developer (staff augmentation / contractor), with potential for extension depending on performance
**Power BI Report Development**
- Build descriptive and diagnostic Power BI dashboards for supply chain operations (KPIs, drilldowns, exception views).
- Develop and maintain semantic model components (DAX measures, relationships) and optimize report performance.
**Data Transformation & Modeling in Power BI**
- Perform data shaping and transformation using Power Query (M).
- Build/maintain reporting-ready datasets and semantic models within Power BI aligned to agreed definitions and KPI logic.
**Data Platform Integration (Collaboration)**
- Consume curated datasets produced from enterprise data sources (e.g., SAP S/4HANA data flowing into a curated reporting layer).
- Databricks Unity Catalog experience is strongly preferred (consuming governed tables/views).




- SQL experience is a plus for validation and troubleshooting.
**Agile Delivery**
- Work in an agile format with sprint-based delivery, regular demos, and iteration based on stakeholder feedback.
- Developer will report to a Product Manager and work closely with business SMEs for validation/UAT.
**Deliverables**
- Power BI dashboards/reports for prioritized supply chain use cases (descriptive and diagnostic).
- Documented report logic/definitions sufficient for sustainment (key measures, transformations, refresh assumptions).
- Support during testing/UAT cycles and defect resolution as needed.
**Required Qualifications**
- Strong Power BI development experience (visual design, dashboard UX, DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable working in agile delivery and iterating quickly based on feedback.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- SAP S/4HANA manufacturing experience
- SQL (data validation/troubleshooting).
- Databricks + Unity Catalog.
- Supply chain reporting experience.
- MedTech / healthcare experience.
