Business Systems Analyst 3
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or similar
Experiencie: At least 3 years in the IT Áreas, 42Q Support
Knowledge: Proficiency in Office suite, 42Q Tools, acknowledge in XML / Json Files, and English B1 B2
Skills / Competencies: High sense of responsibility and reliability, desire to learn, and being self-taught, good communication.
Responsibilities/Activities:
- Implement and support strategic IT projects in Sanmina plants in the Americas region, such as MES16 Conversion and Medical Integral Upgrade initiatives.
- Perform analysis, specification, modeling, verification, and validation of business requirements and solution design.
- Manage the complete requirements lifecycle, including tracking, prioritization, and change evaluation.
- Provide specialized support (Level 2/3) and troubleshooting for MES systems and 42Q tools and other interfaces.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and deployments to production (PROD), including the management of Change Requests (CCNs).
- Evaluate the performance of solutions in use and recommend actions to increase the value delivered and mitigate operational risks.
