- The _**_Master Scheduler _**_role involves_ _Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime._
**What a typical day looks like**:
- _ Create daily production _schedules _
- _Supervise that deadlines are met._
- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization_
- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management_
- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._
- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime_
- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials_




- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization_
- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._
- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues._
- _ Provide training to staff members as required._
- _ Report key metrics as required._
- _ Ensuring work orders are open and ready for processing by the production team._
- _ Managing and controlling the aging of production orders._
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- _ Bachelor or Engineer Degree._
- _ Intermediate-Advance English_
- _ Experience in production planning and control._
- _ Senior-level experience in Excel._
- _ Knowledge of BAAN (nice to have).
