**What you'll be doing**
- Executing and overseeing technology delivery across regulatory, compliance, data, and service management domains
- Driving delivery discipline by managing milestones, proactive risk mitigation, and early issue escalation
- Establishing programme foundations, including objective setting,
resource planning, and Jira configuration
- Maintaining comprehensive oversight of schedules, RAID logs, and executive-level reporting (CIO reports)
- Standardising PMO governance and reporting across multiple tech streams to ensure functional visibility
- Leading compliance and audit initiatives, ensuring projects adhere to internal controls and regulatory standards
- Managing remediation actions and partnering with risk owners to close audit findings effectively
- Optimising delivery workflows by championing project tools (Jira/Confluence) and streamlining PMO processes
- Building PMO capability through the development of templates, standards, and delivery frameworks
**What you'll need**
- A STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) from a top-tier university
- Expertise in risk reporting and controls, with a solid understanding of managing regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional data and programming proficiency, with experience in technical oversight of complex technology programmes
- Knowledge of BCBS 239 and RDARR (Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting) principles
- An analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to navigate high-pressure, regulatory-driven environments
- Proven experience in compliance-heavy sectors, ensuring delivery aligns with internal and external audit standards
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a focus on follow-through and operational excellence
**Nice to have**
- Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP or Prince2
**Compensation range**
- Poland: PLN22,600 - PLN26,600 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €5,300 - €6,200 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
