**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- Bachelor's degree Industrial Engineering or related
- +3 years of experience in positions that Finance functions
- English level intermediate - advanced
- Knowledge in SAP
- MS Offfice proficient (excel)
**YOUR ROLE**
**Coordination and preparation of the annual PE Budget**
- Coordination with each department so they can develop their Budget requirements
- Validation of department requirements against the forward plan, investments, start dates, etc.
- Feedback to departments on findings from the validation for requirement updates
- Preparation of the Budget presentation package
**Monthly PE forecast update and month-end closing**
- Submission of the monthly forecast
- Monthly reports
- Monthly presentations
**Administration and control of ARs (Authorization Requests)**
- Creation of WOs as required
- Receipt, validation, and account assignment for purchase requisitions
- Approval of requisitions in the e-catalogue
- Updating admin books to control AR balances
- Any other work-related activities associated with the position
