**Master Planner**
**Location: Ciudad Juarez**
AB Recruitment is searching a **Master Planner** for a Manufacturing company located in Ciudad Juarez.
The incumbent is responsible to lead planners, Execute Procurement & Materials Strategies supporting production requirements in order to satisfy customers demand, administer material planning processes, proactively achieve key performance indicators, keeping proper levels on product time delivery, backorders and past due, monitor capacity trends, recommend on plant capacity issues, coordinate Demand Planning area, schedule subassembly processes.
Coordinate PFEP initiative.
Follow up delivery performance of suppliers, daily shipments and production priorities in coordination with production planning team and take corrective actions as needed.
**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or Engineering.
MBA a plus.
- : English - Spanish.
- Have at least 1 certification in CPM/CPSM/CAIM/Project Management.Experience desirable coordinating with Sales, Product Development, Customers Service and Suppliers.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in Planning - Procurement positions in Manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in Material Planning Process.
- Proficiency in MRP, SAP, JDE preferred.
- Leadership, Communication, Analytical ability, Strong coaching and organizational skills, Ability to organize and supervise.
Pay: From $1.00 per day
