**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Material Planning Analyst**located in **Aguascalientes, Mexico.
**
Reporting to the **Materials Manager,** this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
- Generate Shortage Report.
- Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
- Demand analysis and upload.
- Analyze, request, and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs - expediting fees).




- Control of Do Not Buy list.
- Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
- Generate Excess and Obsolete Report and follow up.
- Update Production Plan - Capacity projection.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- MPA experience or similar position.
- NPI experience and transfers.
- English advance (spoken and written).
- CTB and procurement knowledge.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Customer service experience.
