**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Report to Management any trends or issues which may affect the health of the Quality Management System or customer satisfaction levels
- Verify the conformity of the quality management system, evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct periodic Management Reviews and the annual ISO **** Management Review
- Monitor and Report on the Quality Management Systems that verify conformity of products
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on the quality performance of suppliers
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive actions
- Monitor and report on the identification, control and disposition nonconforming products
- Analyze, review and report the results of internal, vendor and customer audits.
- Monitor Internal Audits
- Monitor ESD program, including daily personnel testing and equipment/environment monitoring
- Provide direction to Quality Assurance and Quality Control subordinates as required
- Train and monitor employees to ensure work instructions are understood and followed




- Ensure that all employees are punctual and being productive
- Monitor all employees to ensure they practice safe work habits and follow all policies and procedures
- Perform evaluations for Quality personnel
- Assure positive quality product output through continuous improvement actions and efforts
- Direct or assist quality related investigative actions
- Interact with customer regarding perceived non-compliance issues
- Maintain material traceability as required
- Inspect electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies to ensure they comply with the production work order and/or AEGIS work instructions and Customer requirements
- Inspect assemblies returned by the customer for repair or rework
**Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced level of English
- Understanding of the Quality Management System and ISO ****
