**About the role**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain category-based strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives across different product lines of booths, prefabricated structures, and modular homes.
- Manage MRP-driven inventory stock levels to balance material availability, lead times, and cash flow at our manufacturing facilities in the US and Juarez, MX.
- Track, analyze, and report key materials and supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, service levels, and supplier performance.
- Lead and drive process improvement initiatives across purchasing, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Approve, audit, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for purchasing and warehouse activities.
- Support Engineering by providing material specifications, availability input, and sourcing guidance during product development and changes.
- Ensure customs compliance for all material movements, including cross-border and international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with purchase order, receiving, and inventory documentation requirements.
- Provide leadership, direction, and prioritization to the purchasing, procurement, and warehousing teams.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Finance, and Logistics to resolve material constraints and support operational execution.
- Own materials planning and production scheduling in coordination with Production and Operations to ensure build plans are achievable, materials are available,
and capacity constraints are clearly understood.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field.
- APICS/ASCM certification or similar professional certification.
- 10+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience managing materials at a manufacturing company with facilities in Mexico and in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience managing MRP systems, inventory planning, and material flow.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategy, supplier management, and inventory optimization, including international and multi-facility operations.
- Experience developing, implementing, and auditing SOPs in purchasing and warehouse environments.
- Working knowledge of customs and trade compliance for domestic and international material movements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- **Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- **Must have a valid U.S. visa and be willing to travel frequently, at least once every other month for a full week.
