**What you'll do**:
- Works on new product ideas and modifications to determine their potential to address customer needs.
- Works under direct supervision.
- Completes basic tasks in a timely manner to support business objectives.
- Creates new flavor customized solutions in the formulation system (item code and technical information associated).
- Reports on new product specifications.
- Supports in customer reports and presentations to the R&D; team and Sales area.
