**What You'll Be Doing**:
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health of our enterprise SAP systems.
You will blend deep technical expertise with a proactive, service-oriented mindset to solve complex challenges.
- Ensure the stability of our global warehouse operations by providing expert-level support and resolving **SAP EWM**incidents within defined SLAs.
- Partner directly with business users to understand their needs, then design and implement tailored, effective solutions that optimize their processes.
- Collaborate with delivery and design teams to configure and customize our **SAP S/4HANA**landscape, driving continuous improvement.




- Drive the successful adoption of new functionalities by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing crucial post-go-live support.
- Act as a key technical mentor, sharing your expertise in **EWM/WM**and industry best practices to elevate the entire team's capabilities.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 4+ years of hands-on support experience in **SAP EWM**, with a service-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in EWM core processes, including inbound/outbound, inventory management, replenishment, and production integration.
- Proven experience with advanced warehouse solutions such as **Decentralized WM (DWM)**, **Material Flow System (MFS)**, cross-docking, and RF scanning.
- Strong knowledge of the **SAP S/4HANA**landscape, including Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics, and integration points with other modules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and experience working with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
