A general job position with an impact
To provide engineering support for translation, testing, production-pilot, transfer, installation, validation, start up, stabilization and documentation of new products and equipment integration into manufacturing.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Assist MFG Engineer in developing new product validation program and assure
compliance to reduce the launch time.
- Perform walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluation and testing as needed.
- Conduct Engineering test evaluations such are: GR&R;, SVs, Test Method, Criticality.
- Ability to understand and utilize assembly documentation such as but not limited to the
following: Schematics, BOM's, Visuals, Debug, Testing tools and procedures.
- Provide clear direction and training for production associates.
- Advice on scheduling and staffing needs.
- Provides guidance, training, and leadership to new technicians or clerks.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local
and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- **Authorities**:
- Reject change orders through the design change system.
**Education and Experience**:
- An Associates of Industrial Engineering,



Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills to perform the position
responsibilities.
- Experience in the medical device industry or medical field.
- Experience in GR&R;, SVs, Eng.
Studies, Protocols (preferred)
- English language medium to advance.
