We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead the overall strategy, operational performance, and financial results of our Mexico operating center while providing executive oversight for Centroamerical operations.
This role oversees a strong workforce, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth across both locations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead overall operations and site strategy for Mexico and Centroamerica.
- Own full P&L; responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Serve as Legal Representative (Representante Legal) for the Mexican entity and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive operational performance, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead a strong workforce promoting an accountability and focus performance culture.




- Ensure compliance with labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale operations.
- Proven P&L; ownership experience.
- Experience serving as Legal Representative or senior corporate officer in Mexico.
- Experience managing multi-site or cross-border operations preferred.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English required.
Pay: $110,****** - $120,****** per month
