**Job Summary**:

Reporting to the **Sr Production Manager,** this role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.




- Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.

**Experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Experience in High Volume & Low Volume.
- Knowledge in SMT, PTH, & BKND process.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in telecommunications or renewable energies projects.
- Personnel Management.
- Experience in dealing with customers.
