At **SBLogistics**, we are looking for a strategic and analytical **Pricing & Procurement Manager** to lead the development of competitive pricing strategies and strengthen our global carrier partnerships.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring **profitability, cost optimization, and market competitiveness** across our air, ocean, and logistics services.
The position works closely with commercial, operations, and finance teams to drive informed pricing decisions and secure strong supplier agreements across key trade lanes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across FCL, LCL, Air Freight, NFO and Buyers' Consol
- Build and maintain cost models including freight rates, local charges, handling costs and applicable surcharges
- Define mark-ups and target margins by product and trade lane to ensure profitability
- Lead RFQs and strategic pricing initiatives at national, regional and global levels
- Negotiate commercial agreements with airlines, ocean carriers, co-loaders, agents and transport providers
- Monitor supplier performance and market conditions to maintain competitive capacity and rates




- Analyze profitability by customer, shipment and trade lane, and support data-driven commercial decisions
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors' degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years experience in freight forwarding, speacially in pricing and procurement
- Strong understanding of air freight and ocean freight pricing structures
- Proven experience negotiating with carriers and logistics suppliers
- Advanced english
