**Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Master's degree in Quality (preferred)
**Work Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in quality-related roles such as Quality Inspector, Quality Supervisor, or Quality Engineer
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (IATF *****, ISO ****, etc.)
- Experience with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, etc.)
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
**Tools and Software**:
- Knowledge of quality software (Minitab, etc.)




- Experience with Quality Management Systems (SAP, etc.)
**Certifications**:
- Quality certification (Core Tools preferred, etc.)
- Certification in quality standards and regulations (IATF *****, ISO ****, etc. preferred)
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement quality plans for automotive products
- Coordinate quality audits and follow up on non-conformities
- Analyze quality data and propose improvement actions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure product quality
- Train personnel on quality procedures and standards
