**OBJECTIVE**
Responsible for managing the full operational performance of the plant in Mexico, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, corporate standards, production targets, quality, profitability, and applicable regulations.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS1.
Plant Setup and Ramp-Up**
- Lead planning, facility improvements, and equipment acquisition, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.
- Develop ramp‐up plans, coordinate resources, and ensure the timely start of operations.
- Establish management systems, including production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
**2.
Production Operations**
- Execute production plans to deliver high‐quality products within established timelines.
- Optimize workflow to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and oversee equipment maintenance and/or upgrades.
- Ensure efficiency and reliability of electronic manufacturing processes, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) lines.
**3.
Team Leadership**
- Participate in the selection, training, and management of plant team members, promoting a positive work culture and compliance with applicable labor laws.
**4.
Quality and Regulatory Compliance**
- Implement quality management systems aligned with company and/or customer standards.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican environmental, safety, and labor regulations; address and resolve quality claims.




- Monitor product quality associated with electronic assemblies and SMT processes.
**5.
Cost Control**
- Develop annual budgets, monitor expenses, analyze cost structures, and propose improvements to increase profitability.
**6.
Supply Chain and Customer Relations**
- Coordinate supply chain logistics to ensure on‐time material procurement and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
- Support material planning and vendor management for electronic components and SMT materials.
**7.
Strategic Support**
- Provide operational data and strategic information to support market strategy in Mexico.
- Report production, financial, and quality metrics to Business Unit (BU) leadership.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience with **SMT processes** (desired).
- Experience in the **electronics manufacturing industry** (required).
- Prior experience in plant start‐ups or new operation launches (desired).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency in Chinese (desirable).
- Availability to travel.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
