**Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**
- Strong familiarity with **U.S. real estate terminology and transaction workflows**:
- **Advanced English proficiency** (written and verbal)
- **1+ year of experience** in real estate transactions, coordination, or similar roles
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with tools such as **Google Drive, HubSpot, dialers, and task management systems**
**What You'll Own**
- Manage active transaction files with strict control over timelines and deliverables
- Conduct structured onboarding calls with sellers, setting clear expectations from day one
- Drive consistent follow-ups to ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with title companies, agents,



and internal teams to eliminate delays and bottlenecks
- Review and ensure all disclosures and paperwork are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Maintain real-time updates in internal systems to ensure full visibility for leadership
