**Supervisor de Produccion**:
**Responsibilities**:




- **Supervises daily activities of production operators**, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- **Coordinates production requirements and workforce scheduling** to meet operational demands and optimize resource allocation.
- **Supports lead setups** by resolving quality concerns and implementing necessary scheduling adjustments to maintain workflow efficiency.
- **Expedites material flow** from receiving to production and from finished goods to shipping, minimizing delays and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- **Ensures compliance** with all legal and internal Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- **Leads by example**, promoting a proactive, collaborative, and continuous-improvement-oriented work culture.
**Qualifications**:
- Technical training or an equivalent degree.
- Willingness and ability to work different shifts.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Flexibility to communicate effectively with the work team.
- Responsible and with strong leadership skills.
