**Key Functions**:
- Provide ERP support across Supply Chain and Finance areas.
- Collaborate with functional teams to optimize processes, gather needs, and define business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for the IT development team.
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation cycle: from requirements gathering, IT specifications, development, testing, deployment, and UAT.
- Ensure adherence to company policies related to Data Governance and Change Control.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Business process and continuous improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Microsoft Dynamics - ERP knowledge is preferrable.
- Programming knowledge and SQL skills are a plus.
Sueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al día
