**What are the most common activities?
**
In order to grow and build a successful career at The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Talent Acquisition Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and/or coordinators to ensure consistent, high-quality recruiting outcomes.
- Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and development planning aligned with recruiting best practices and organizational expectations.
Recruiting & Hiring Execution
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles while overseeing requisition execution across the team.
- Ensure recruiting strategies are tailored to business needs and labor market conditions.
Process, Experience & Compliance
- Monitor compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and hiring guidelines.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (Workday) to ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and process efficiency.
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, or workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.




- Share insights and recommendations with TA leadership to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Work Environment:
- The position may occasionally request support on weekends.
- May require domestic travel.
**What do you need?
**
To be considered for this position, an individual must meet the following minimum requirements:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and labor market dynamics.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS); Workday experience strongly preferred.
Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising recruiters preferred.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of role types (hourly, professional, technical, or leadership).
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant.
