- Develop and maintain plant wide calibration systems according to QS **** and American Association of Laboratory Accreditation standards.
- Calibrate gages designated for internal calibration.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other small quality hand tools.
Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine for dimensional verification of products.
- Maintain proficiency in the operation of all Dimensional Lab equipment.
Assist in dimension related problem solving as necessary, utilizing the proper methods and equipment.




- Monitor functional lab test equipment for proper operation during off-shift hours.
