Intake Specialist
**Location**: Chihuahua, Mexico
The Intake Specialist serves as the **first point of contact** for the firm, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and efficient experience for all callers and visitors.
This role is responsible for handling inbound communications, conducting initial consultations, documenting client information accurately, and supporting the intake and onboarding process for new clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service
- Serve as the initial contact for potential clients and partners
- Conduct consultations for prospective cases and gather relevant information
- Electronically sign up new clients and maintain accurate records
- Set initial clinic or appointment schedules
- Process, organize, and file legal documents
- Perform accurate data entry and case documentation
- Attend walk-in clients and communicate with partner firms as needed
- Ensure all client and provider information is retained and documented correctly
**Qualifications**
- **1+ year of experience** in customer service or call center environments (BPO preferred)
- **Bilingual**:



English and Spanish (English level C1)
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with technology and office tools.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrated empathy and sympathy when dealing with clients
