Call Center Services International is seeking a **Dialer Administrator** to support our high‐volume Collections operations.
This role is adecuado for a **young, energetic, tech‐driven individual** who thrives in a fast‐paced, highly dynamic environment and enjoys solving problems on the fly.
You'll join an established team of dialer professionals and play a key role in optimizing outbound strategies across our financing company.
**Activities**:
- Manage daily operations of the predictive dialer system
- Build and maintain calling lists, filters, and campaign logic
- Configure pacing, rules, and dialing strategies to maximize performance
- Ensure compliance with FCC, TCPA, FDCPA, REG‐F, and internal policies
- Develop SQL queries and support CRM‐dialer integrations
- Monitor KPIs, create reports, and analyze campaign performance
- Troubleshoot dialer issues and coordinate with IT/vendors as needed




- Support after‐hours on‐call rotation and maintain system documentation
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience with dialers
- Strong understanding of call centers and outbound operations
- SQL Server or PostgreSQL experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots, basic macros)
- Action‐oriented mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt
- Passion for technology, learning, and continuous improvement
- Experience in automotive finance or collections (preferred)
- Familiarity with Westlake systems and workflows (strong plus)
