The **Project Lead**is responsible for ensuring plant readiness to support a successful vehicle or process launch, with a focus on internal logistics, production line functionality, and milestone achievement.
Acting as the key interface between plant operations and program management, this role ensures alignment with launch timelines, production plans, and CAPEX efficiency targets.
The Project Lead coordinates cross-functional teams to implement material flow systems, validate layouts, and prepare the plant for Start of Production (SOP) and ramp-up, driving seamless execution and operational stability.

**Requirements**:
Basic Qualifications:
Engineering bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 8 years old of work experience.




Knowledge 5 years' experience in automotive materials logistics management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of management.
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree.
Knowledge of supplier sequencing and broadcasted.
Direct experience leading cross functional team.
Result oriented in a teamwork environment.
Superior skills in MS Office.
Strong desire for learning, benchmarking and supplier ability in multi-tasking while being driven to produce results.
