**Key Responsibilities**
- **Process Analysis**: Analyze and map value streams and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- **Waste Reduction**: Implement strategies that minimize waste, delays, and costs while enhancing productivity and quality.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Lead initiatives that foster a culture of ongoing improvement and operational excellence.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities and measure project outcomes.
- **Training & Coaching**: Mentor and train employees in lean principles, tools, and best practices.
- **Project Management**: Lead process improvement projects from concept through implementation, working cross-functionally to ensure success.
- **Collaboration**:



Partner with other leaders and teams to ensure lean initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong **analytical, problem-solving, and project management** skills.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal** abilities.
- Ability to work both **independently and collaboratively** across departments.
- Familiarity with **data analysis and project management tools**.
- **Lean certifications** and solid hands-on experience are required.
