**What you will do**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of workforce planning strategies.
- Participate in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 3+ years of Proven experience in talent acquisition, including data analysis, recruitment support, and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to talent acquisition strategies
- Ability to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes
- Enthusiasm for becoming an integral part of the talent acquisition team's accomplishments
- Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and emerging recruitment technology trends
