We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented **HR Supervisor** to oversee and enhance human resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
This role is key in driving employee engagement, talent development, and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop and track HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
We work monday to friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
