**The Reality of This Role**: We are looking for a true "Right Hand" to the CEO of a portfolio of fast-moving companies (Jewelry, Technology, etc).
This role will start as a continuous contract.
**What You Will Actually Do (The Range is Extreme)**:
- **Multi-Company Operations**: You will toggle between different businesses daily.
One hour you are auditing shopify listings for jewelry brand, the next you are setting up a new LLC or managing a real estate renovation.
- **Financial Gatekeeping**: You will handle bookkeeping, manage cash flow spreadsheets, process payroll for contractors, and audit expenses.
You must be comfortable with numbers.
- **Shadow Management**: You will sit in on meetings, take notes, and then _relentlessly follow up_ with the team to ensure tasks get done.
- **"Whatever It Takes" Support**: Yes, you will handle complex logistics.
But you will also handle personal errands, and deal with customer service tickets when the team is swamped.
**No task is too small.
**:
- **Travel**: You must be ready to hop on a plane to go on occasional business trips to manage logistics on the ground, otherwise this position is fully remote.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- **Financial Literacy**: You understand P&L;, cash flow, and can manage Quickbooks without hand-holding.




- **Thick Skin & High Agency**: You need to be effective.
If you don't know how to do something, you Google it, learn it, and execute it before asking for help.
For example you may be asked to become familiar with US sales tax law, you must be willing to learn.
- **Availability**: You need to be responsive on WhatsApp/Slack when urgent issues arise.
- **Tech Stack**: You can learn or already familair with the google suite of products (Gemini, Gmail, Drive etc) and Shopify.
**The "Deal Breaker" Requirements**:
- **Valid Visa/Passport**: You must have a valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction.
- **Availability**: This is a primary priority role.
No side hustles.
- **Location**: Mexico City.
