Senior Client Partner - Retail (Onsite CDMX)
We are hiring a Senior Client Partner to lead and grow key Retail accounts for a large global IT services organization, working **onsite** with the client in Mexico City.

Role overview
- Develop and expand a portfolio of Retail sector clients for a global IT services company.
- Act as the primary client partner onsite, building long-term, strategic relationships with retail customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, technology strategy, and operational improvement across retail.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow Retail sector accounts as the main executive point of contact.
- Define and execute account growth plans aligned with client business goals and digital roadmaps.
- Build strong C-level and senior stakeholder relationships in fashion, consumer goods, e‐commerce, grocery and omnichannel retail.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities (managed services, cloud, data & analytics, ERP, digital commerce, digital transformation).
- Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales and offshore teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead commercial discussions: pricing, contracts, renewals and account expansions.
- Track account performance, revenue, margins and overall account health.




Required experience and skills
- 10+ years in client management, account management or client partner roles in IT services or consulting.
- Strong retail industry background (fashion, consumer goods, e‐commerce, grocery, omnichannel).
- Proven experience managing large enterprise retail accounts.
- Excellent executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth and account expansion.
- Ability to work onsite in Mexico City on a full-time basis.
- Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
Nice to have
- Experience in large global IT services firms or similar environments.
- Experience working with integral delivery / offshore models.
- Background leading digital transformation initiatives within retail organizations.

Pay: $70,****** - $170,****** per month
