Do you love planning events, connecting with people, and making an impact in immigrant communities?
We're looking for a **Community Events & Outreach Coordinator** to help us grow our presence, build partnerships, and generate leads through high-energy, community-based initiatives.
**What You'll Do**
- Research and secure opportunities at community events, fairs, and local gatherings
- Plan and execute outreach events to drive brand visibility and lead generation
- Represent the organization at workshops, info sessions, and partner activities
- Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and promotional materials
- Track engagement data and share insights with leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and consulates
- Support internal departments with communication and promotional needs




**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in community outreach, events, marketing, or admin roles
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Comfortable engaging with diverse and immigrant communities
- Ability to travel (weekends included)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work well in fast-paced environments
