**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Gather business and owner information and confirm details accurately
- Ask structured intake questions
- Business stage operations and ownership structure
- Use of funds requested amount and minimum workable range
- Review initial documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Organize files and maintain clean records for underwriting
- Guide clients through secure credit report sharing steps using approved partner tools
- Track and update file status in CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate with sales and operations to move files through the funding pipeline
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards
- Deliver speed with accuracy in a high activity environment
**TOOLS AND SOFTWARE YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH**
CRM systems HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar
Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Filters sorting formulas basic level
Dialer or VoIP calling tools




PDF handling and file organization
Google Drive or similar file storage
Slack or similar team communication tools

Client intake and qualification fundamentals
Documentation review basics
Credit report concepts at a high level
