- Responsible for leading, maintenance and supervise industrial painting processes on metal parts and structures, ensuring compliance with quality standards, production timelines, environmental regulations, and safety protocols, to deliver an optimal and durable finish that meets customer specifications.
- Design, implement, and optimize painting processes (electrostatic, liquid, powder coating, etc.).
- Maximizing efficiencies while ensuring quality
- Optimizing paint change over process
- Establish systems for paint line (cleaning requirements, instructions, error proofing)
- Documentation development (Customer requirements, Control plan)
- Ability to adjust/program/troubleshoot system
- Work with production department on production control and planning requirements
- Lead for developing the PM schedule
- Develop paint system continuous improvement activities
- Evaluate accuracy of production and testing equipment
- Study and rearrange material flow, and operations sequence
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC in their own area.

Experiência y requisitos- Experienced in Time / Methods Study techniques.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) spoke a 90%.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field; Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering degree preferred
- Action and detail oriented, having a drive for success.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts.
- Creative with the ability to use modern technology in the production process.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Maintain and follow all training requirements
