**About the Role**
**What You'll Do**
- **Collaborate with software development teams to identify potential quality issues in the early stages of product design.
**
- **Conduct regular audits of software functionalities to ensure they meet the necessary quality standards.

- **Work closely with manufacturing clients to understand their quality requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
**
- **Communicate with stakeholders about quality issues and lead the discussion on solutions and enhancements.

- **Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating client feedback and industry best practices into our development process.

**What We're Seeking**
- **Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
**
- **2-5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
**
- **Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the specific quality challenges within the supply chain sector.
**
- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
**
- **Strong communication skills to articulate complex problems and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
