- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Program Management Manager_ located in _Aguascalientes._
- Reporting to the _General Manager_, _Program Management Manager_ role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets._
- _ Interfacing with customers, including solving customer problems, building relationships, and managing escalations._
- _ Leading successfully small to medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-moving environment._
- _ Participating in project planning sessions and contributing to timelines and deliverables._




- _ Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives._
- _ Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment._
- _ Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders._
- _ Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA is preferred._
- _ Advance English_
- _ Senior experience in program _administration/management_ or related area._
- _ Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),_
- _ Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L;).
_
- _ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills._
- _ Nice to have NPI experience._
- _ Nice to have experience in the medical sector._
