The objective of the position is to serve as the main point of contact between the customer and operations.
The person in this role will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and must ensure that all customer information requests are handled professionally, efficiently, clearly, and in a timely manner, whether the customers are internal or external to Hutchinson.
