**Job Purpose**:
Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, manage Engineering Order (EO) changes, and coordinate customs inventory discharge processes to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Accuracy & Control**:
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movements and update ERP/WMS systems accurately.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly.
- **Engineering Order (EO) Change Management**:
- Coordinate inventory adjustments related to EO changes.
- Communicate with production and planning teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain documentation for EO-related inventory transactions.
- **Customs Inventory Discharge**:
- Prepare and process customs documentation for inventory discharge.
- Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with customs brokers and logistics providers for timely clearance.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:




- Generate inventory accuracy reports and KPIs.
- Support audits and provide required documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory control.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years' experience in **inventory control** or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of EO change processes and customs compliance.
- Proficient in **ERP/WMS** systems and **MS Excel.
