**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Performs process audits and operational gap analyses.
- Collaborate with key areas (production, logistics, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure cross-functional improvement.
- Coordinates cross functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/KaikakuAbility to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of confirmed experience in a related role, with some combination of experience in key functional roles: Continuous improvement, Operations, Operational excellence.
- Good knowledge in core OPEX tools, VSA, Line balancing, Heijunka,
Jidoka, 3P and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience in cultural transformations.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficient in both written and spoken languages.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, etc. methodologies.
- Process analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), operational indicators.
- Data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).
Analytical thinking and results oriented.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:
- Master's degree in administration, Quality, or related fields is desirable.
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects (preferably with Green Belt certification).
Project management (PMP certification or similar)
