**Prepare the México facility for a VDA 6.3 audit**
- Raise internal competency across Quality, Engineering, and Production
- Reduce audit risk and ensure OEM confidence
- Establish sustainable systems post-engagement
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct VDA 6.3 Potential Analysis (P1-P4)
- Perform process audits (P5-P7)
- Lead internal pre-audits and mock audits
- Train and coach site leadership
- Support PFMEA, Control Plans, and KPIs
- Interface with OEM auditors during the audit
Experiência y requisitos
**Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor: indispensable que cuente con licencia/certificación VDA 6.3 (no solo un curso)**
- 7-10 years automotive manufacturing experience
- Strong IATF ***** and core tools knowledge
- OEM audit experience




- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Rubber, silicone, or extrusion experience preferred
