We're Looking for Someone With
Motivated bachelor's degree students in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (with 3 semesters remaining ).
Availability 30 hours a week
Intermediate to advanced English, ideally able to communicate effectively in conversations.
Strong interest in account reconciliations and solid accounting findamentals.
Solid Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc. are highly beneficial for this role).
A results-driven mindset, able to meet deadlines and understand the importance of accurate reporting in business decisions.
Intermediate to advanced English Proficiency
Your key responsibilities
Supports account reconciliation follow-up through analysis, identifying findings and providing visibility when issues are detected
Assists in report analysis without generating critical reports, showing interest in developing reporting skills and gradually taking on additional responsibilities.
Registers and downloads invoices from Exsuite, organizing information into clear and visual formats to support tracking activities.
Contributes to strategies for monitoring overdue invoices by structuring and analyzing invoice data.




Reviews, categorizes, and corrects incorrect invoices to ensure data accuracy and proper follow-up.
