Sales Representative - Outbound Calls & Transfers (Remote)
**Job Type**: Full-Time (Remote / Contract)
Role Overview
We are hiring **Sales Representatives / Lead Generators** to make outbound calls to homeowners and transfer qualified interest to a senior sales team.
This role is designed for individuals who want to build real sales experience, develop strong communication skills, and advance into higher-paying sales or leadership roles through performance.
This is **not a closing role**.
Your responsibility is to dial, qualify, and send clean transfers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective homeowners
- Clearly introduce clean energy solutions using provided scripts
- Qualify homeowners and gather basic information
- Transfer interested and qualified prospects to senior sales reps
- Accurately update notes and dispositions in the CRM
- Hit daily and weekly activity and transfer targets
- Maintain consistency, professionalism, and call quality
**Requirements**:
- Previous cold-calling, call center, or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a phone-based environment
- Tech-savvy and able to use dialers and CRM systems

- Able to work independently while meeting performance standards
- Personal computer, webcam, USB headset, and reliable internet
- Availability for a full-time schedule
Compensation & Growth
- **$200 USD weekly base pay**:
- **Progressive commission per qualified transfer**:
- **Top performers earn approximately $400-$450 USD per week**:
