What will you do?
- Drive and support all Lean activities within the defined area of responsibility.
- Deploy standards and methods,
develop process documentation, and ensure compliance.
- Analyze processes and disruptions, identify weak points, propose solutions, and support implementation.
- Evaluate cost-benefit scenarios for projects and monitor implementation of measures.
- Prepare and deliver training on Lean methods and share best practices across teams.
- Participate in work groups and projects, moderate meetings and workshops to foster collaboration.
- Complete coaching programs to effectively implement change processes and activities.
What you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3+ years in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process optimization.
- Proven experience in deploying Lean tools and facilitating workshops.
- Knowledge of cost analysis and investment planning.
- English - Professional level.
Technical Skills:
- Lean methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, SMED).
- SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Project management and data analysis skills.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to lead change and coach teams effectively.
