**About the Role**
We're hiring Sales Agent (Patient Coordinators) for our Dental Service Organization (DSO) clinics in Tijuana and Los Algodones.
**What You'll Do**
- Convert leads into confirmed dental bookings
- Build trust through warm, helpful communication
- Hit monthly sales goals and earn tiered commissions
- Follow up with patients before and after appointments
- Manage leads in Zoho CRM (we'll train you!)
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams
**What You'll Get**
- Base Salary: $1,100 USD/month
- Commission: 5% on all confirmed bookings

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills — confident on calls & chat
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus!)
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRMs and multitasking
- Positive, goal-driven, and hungry to succeed
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with medical or dental clinics
- Knowledge of global patients or tourism industry
- Previous remote work experience
